HUM 105 Introduction to Critical Thinking (HU)

Evaluating the strengths of arguments and supporting one's beliefs require critical thinking skills. This course introduces students to deductive and inductive reasoning, evaluating evidence, and examining assumptions. 




  1. This course will prepare students to:
  2. Apply critical thinking strategies to identify and categorize arguments, assumptions, and fallacies.
  3. Compose arguments.
  4. Evaluate arguments and their evidence.
