ECE 306 Family, Culture and Community Connections
This course focuses on understanding the interrelationship of culture, home, language and beliefs. Emphasis is placed on examining the early learning environment including the social, emotional, cultural and intellectual variability of children from birth to age eight. Candidates reflect upon culturally and linguistically diverse differences of young children and design plans for communication and involvement of all families.Course Entry Requirements: Per program plan, plan of study, or approval of program director.
