ETC 553 Public School Law
This course examines public school law with an emphasis on the rights and responsibilities of students, candidates, teachers, and administrators. Candidates analyze current issues and case studies for the implications to professional practice. Candidates learn of the advised professional boundaries, procedures, and resources to maintain a safe environment for teaching and learning. Course Entry Requirement: Admission into the Master in Teaching program
