FIN 401 Corporate Finance
In this course students will examine the theoretical and procedural aspects of decision-making within public and private corporations. Students will learn to address questions concerning allocation of funds, capital planning, dividend policy, capital structure, financing decisions, and working capital management. Special attention will be given to the process of developing recommendations given a set of facts and objectives.Course Entry Requirement:
