ESP 370A Content: Exceptionality in Special Education

The purpose of this course is to inform candidates on both inclusion and specialist paradigms, including definitions of disabilities and program delivery.  This course emphasizes identification, specific needs of students, service delivery, and legal issues.  Practical application of these principles forms the foundation for future special education courses.
