Official Registration
City University of Seattle considers a student officially registered and eligible to engage in coursework once all application tuition and fees have been paid in one or more of the following formats:
- Paid in full
- An approved payment plan has been implemented for the total amount due, or
- Financial Aid has been offered, or
- Arrangement for a third party billing has been approved.
U.S. Students using Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment, Chapter 33, Post-9/11 GI Bill © Benefits
A new student using Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment, Chapter 33, or Post-9/11 GI Bill © Benefits are considered to have approved third-party billing when the certificate of eligibility for educational assistance (or Statement of Benefits) under Chapter 31 or 33 or a VAF 28-1905 form for Chapter 31 is provided to the University's Veteran's Affairs Office along with the following required documents: City University of Seattle VA Benefits Authorization Form, Military Status Form, VA Form 22-1995 or VA Form 22-5495, and DD214.
A continuing student using Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment, Chapter 33, or Post-9/11 GI Bill © benefits is considered to have approved third-party billing for the quarter of attendance when the City University of Seattle VA Benefits Authorization Form.
