ERL 440 Language Arts and Literacy Integration
This is the last of three courses in the literacy sequence for the undergraduate education program. This course provides candidates with specific strategies for differentiating literacy instruction. Topics include literacy instructional strategies aligned with the State Standards including literacy and English Language Arts, technology to foster flexible learning opportunities, writing, and children’s multicultural literature. Practical application includes designing instructional plans to support literacy development for all learners.Course Entry Requirements: Admission to Undergraduate BA in Education Program or permission of the Director
