MBA 532 Operations and Technology Management

This course focuses on the design, production, and delivery of products and services to satisfy customer needs and  ensure an organization’s competitive position. It equips students with the essential tools and strategies to  understand the complex processes underlying the use of resources, making trade-offs, and strategically redesigning  and/or restructuring operations. Additional topics include process analysis, cross-functional and cross-firm  integration, P\product development, Information technology, and technology and operations strategy.
