BUS 448 Strategic Decision Making Under Uncertainty *

This course introduces the basic concepts, principles, and techniques of strategic decision making under uncertainty. Students will learn how to model complex business problems that involve risk and uncertainty with the help of spreadsheet functions and add-ins. The design of this course is centered on analytical models, such as Regression Analysis, Time Series, Decision Tree, Simulation & Optimization, and Dynamic Optimization. An emphasis is placed on model formulation and interpretation of results.
