HSVC 320 Organizational Systems (SS)
This course is designed to introduce students to the study of the structure of human behavior in organizations, communities, and society; it covers basic principles of organizational behavior, systems thinking, group behavior, and community dynamics, especially as they apply to leading and managing organizations.
Outcomes
- This course will prepare students to:
- Apply organizational behavior theory to practical situations related to human services fields.
- Assess the major influences on human behavior in organizations, at the individual and group levels.
- Demonstrate knowledge of effective leadership skills.
