EDLD 659 Executive Academy in Transformational Leadership

The Executive Academy focuses on the role of the superintendent and executive leader in leading systemic change.  Instructors share how school system leaders promote extraordinary reforms, maintain accountability, and achieve significant improvements in teaching and learning. Candidates create transformational change goals, strategies, and action plans.  They examine the work of superintendents and their leadership teams in fostering long-lasting change in high-performance school systems.
