DIT 615 Planning and Managing IT Projects *

This course examines management fundamentals of information technology (IT) projects. Emphasis is placed on applying management tools and techniques to plan IT projects, enlist the support of key stakeholders, and ensure project stay within budget, timing, and deliverables. Students will advance their understanding in knowledge management and requirements management by applying best practices within IT projects.
