DIT 650B Doctoral Seminar II in Emerging Technology *

This course, part two of three DIT 650 series, provides students with opportunities to explore and delineate emerging technologies based on their deliverables from DIT650A. The course emphasizes cutting-edge skills and special topics in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology. Students apply concepts and skills developed in this course to meet the technical aspects with the preparation for the comprehensive exam or dissertation courses.

This course will prepare students to:
1. Analyze relationships between emerging technologies and the latest computing trends.
2. Evaluate the impact of emerging technologies on the IT industry.
3. Develop technical documents on an emerging technology aligned with a potential research topic.
