ELP 81 Language Structure *

This course offers advanced learners of English support in their academic content courses with the opportunity to review and deepen their knowledge of grammar. Emphasis is placed on practice of advanced grammar structures. In addition, attention is given to academic writing and vocabulary. Through interactive listening, speaking, reading, and writing activities, students learn to use English more accurately in professional and academic environments.

A TOEFL iBT score of at least 76 or an equivalent. iTEP score of 4.0 or equivalent. Enrollment in at least one graduate course at City University of Seattle.
