This course equips students with essential skills for analyzing HR data. Students build proficiency in the tools and methodologies commonly deployed for data acquisition, cleansing, analysis, and interpretation. Students learn to offer strategic recommendations, optimize talent acquisition, and utilize statistics, visualization, and predictive modeling to develop HR strategies. By the end of this course, learners will possess the necessary knowledge and skills to seamlessly integrate data-driven insights into talent management and staffing strategies, thereby equipping their organizations with a distinct competitive advantage.
