EMBA 610 Financial Decision-Making
In this course, students look at the financial aspects of organizations. Emphasis is placed on analyzing the long and short-term financial health of organizations, examining emerging global trends impacting an organization’s financial performance, and developing strategies designed to improve organizational financial performance. Projects include written and team assignments that serve to connect emerging global challenges with decision-making, making recommendations to fund a new strategic initiative or investment through capital acquisition, allocation, or restructuring. By completing this course, students will formulate and apply financial business strategies for organizations.
