DBA 605 Organizational Development Theories and Trends

In this course, students analyze leadership theories, business models, and ethical principles associated with organizational development (OD). Topics include organizational ecology, change models, leadership approaches, and ethical frameworks. By completing this course, students develop the requisite skills to assess and improve current practices of an organization relative to its mission and values and investigate the opportunities that lead to organizational change.
