DBA 630 Business Process Analysis and Strategic Management

In this course, students examine an organization’s operational processes that inform short- and long-term strategic planning. Students investigate forward-looking ethical strategies that are socially as well as environmentally responsible. Focusing on organizational policies and the organization’s supply chain, students develop the requisite knowledge to become ethical leaders who integrate social, economic, and environmental values into responsible business strategies.
