DBA 620 Technology Implementation and Change Management

In this course, students examine trends in technology that are shaping the future of organizations. Emphasis is placed on examining today’s organizational challenges, proposing technology-based solutions, outlining the steps to the process, and incorporating change models that can optimize business operations. Students utilize project approaches to plan, track, and evaluate their initiatives. Students apply their learning to chosen projects through an organizational needs analysis, propose and rationalize viable solution(s), create an implementation plan, and identify key performance metrics that support organizational success.
