EMBA 555 Organizational Effectiveness
In this course, students analyze leadership theories, business models, and ethical principles, including culture and identity, associated with organizational development. Topics investigated include organizational ecology, change models, leadership approaches, organizational structures and ethical frameworks. Students also investigate external factors related to identity and culture by examining an organization's supply chain, customer loyalty, and brand perception.
